@slick2500 which bearing set should I get ball bearing set or wheel bearing set?
This one, sorry I thought it was cheaper than this https://casterracingmi.com/index.ph...duct_id=1606&sort=p.price&order=ASC&limit=100
I keep going back and forth lol on it. Am I good to use that Hobbystar ESC?
Yeah you might have to change the motor leads though, you want to use 3.5mm bullets 4mm are too big.
NitroRCX has the Calvary for $160 with coupon code...
I've heard mixed things about the DB.

Thank you. I actually went with the ARTR truggy because it was actually cheaper when buying a ESC and motor. Got the aluminum hexes, bearings and HD arms.

I had my cart ready, at WarrenRC and the truggy was in stock when I added it, went to check out and someone snagged it. Switched to Riptide and got it there, the last one and it was actually $5 cheaper than WarrenRC.

Don’t know anyone interested in a Blackout XTE do you? ?

Well, I placed my order last night because the ARTR showed 1 left in stock. Woke up this morning to an email from Chad @ www.riptiderc.com/ apologizing that there had been a mistake and there wasn’t actually an ARTR kit in stock. But, he offered a couple solutions to make it right and I am very happy with the way it turned out in the end. I now have a kit, 35amp HW ESC and the 2850 4500kv motor on the way.

I will definitely do business with them again. Communication was great through the whole process. He even took the time to answer a giant list of questions I had. Chads an awesome dude and Riptide RC seems to be a great company!

Awesome, I will check it out and create an account too.

Did you stick with the 3,000CST in the diffs and 200CST in the shocks or did you use something else?

After reading a lot of those threads Ive decided to return the 35amp and go with the 10BL60. Just ordered it from Warren RC.

That is what I run in my truggy is the 10BL60.

Yeah, you were one of the main guys that convinced me to switch. I went back and forth between the 10BL60 and Max10. I liked the added adjustments the Quicrun offered over the Max10 so I decided to go that route.
The 10BL60 fits perfectly between the motor and the servo or behind the battery tray.

@slick2500 what size

I think I’m going to go between the motor and the servo.

It was delivered today as well.

What tires are those? Be careful with some of those larger tires you have to make sure the chassis bottoms out before the shocks, my Mt just barely does and my rear tower is bent so bad that the factory bend is pretty much gone.

They are off my Redcat XTE. I have the extensions mounted as well.

Good call on the travel, I doubt it bottoms out but I will check.
