NiMh to Lipo

so my drag slash project is happening and the first thing i want to do is lipo swap it. the electronics in it right now is a NiMh. the problem with this is that is that its constantly going down in terms of power and im hoping that lipo swapping will fix that. i want a battery that arounds 4s but im okay with 3s. and the longer it can maintain pek power the better.

SMC has some good cheap 3s and 4s lipos with high C-ratings

As said above SMC makes great packs and at an amazing price, also yowoo graphine, CNHL and Turnigy would be others to consider.

If you plan on doin any kind of competition with it, regulations are 2s max.

ill probably buy an SMC. can anyone recommend me an esc to go with it?
