Outcast no throttle on outcast.

So it was working fine 2 days ago. Today I put the batteries in and all I have is steering control. There's a green light on the ESC that flashes 4 times. I was told to do the control set up but it won't let me do that either. All I get is the green light flashing... What's going on with it??

Yes sir. Just took them off the charger
