I went to the website to do a quick check on a part, and this is what I found! It's showing as discontinued, which I guess means they are going with the Outcast bodies only, moving forward. So my little "real steel" buddy, it was fun while it lasted?

I doubt that Arrma would go through all the trouble to patent the "real steel" effect on that body just to discontinue it after 7 months after its release.

IMO 1 of 3 things is going on....

1- they're updating the site in preparation for the new release vehicles and it's just a temporary glitch

2- they'll offer the same Notorious body as an option for the new v3 Outcast considering its identical to the Outcast

3- they're updating the current Notorious body (more color options) to coincide with new models

Nah- just a new version is coming...
The new version may only be released as an Outcast. They didn't discontinue other models when releasing new versions, but I guess we'll have to wait and see.

I hope you're right. Maybe they'll only call them Outcast's with different body options.

“”Notorious are junk anyways my buddy has broke a lot compared to a kraton they are fragile lol””

I own both..... one thing they are NOT, is fragile. Both kickass machines.

I don't own one but I was gonna say, I figured the notorious would have a hard time bending a chassis. I mean by design, the stubby nature makes a lot less leverage on it.

I don't believe the outcast is fragile lol i bought my lady one and she's never drove a rc before first time out she was jumping it about 10ft in the air landing at all angles only thing broken after 10 packs a wing mount.

Well- it can't be fragile, as it is the exact same car other than the longer wheelbase...
That is like saying that a Chevy Tahoe is lower quality than the Chevy Suburban.

Shows as new, but no upgrades visible when opening the exploded view. Must have been a glitch yesterday.
