When you look at these photos, what you don't see are countless items bought from Jennys, 5 bodies and countless other items that didn't have tags (JBIRC, Voltage and CRCU) The pile of tags wrapped in elastic bands (top right corner of photo) is over 100 Arrma items. I'm sure there were more than didn't get saved as well. I say this qualifies as an officially complete custom rc build now.

I keep track so I know how much I could have spent on a real 1:1 car, then give myself a slap. JK. Love this hobby, and wouldn't change anything I've done so far.

I do the same thing. Then I remember how 1:1 cars cost even more and I feel OK about it....
In the past I spent $2,300 on wheels and $1,200 for an ECM, among many many other parts.
