Notorious Notorious V6 clip less body problem.

Anyone had a problem yet with the new Notorious clip less body tearing through on the front of the body yet ? Any solutions yet ?

I have avoided the clip-less body for now. I am fine using clips.

Hope someone else has had similar issues and can help. Do you have any photos of what happened?

The front body posts on the V5 aren't too good either. Mine work loose after every bash session. The screws pop out of the threads on the composite post mounts on the shock towers. Going to aluminum mounts with loctite & keeping the composite studs/body rests for the clips. The front sits so tall, it takes a beating. Probably gonna lower the body as much as possible & may trim around the tail at the rear shock tower to bring it lower.

No haven’t run mine yet because of weather. But saw a couple on YouTube that’s had issues with the latching assembly pulling out of the body.

Yeah I have. Once it was stuck on and I had to take off the wing, front bumper to remove it, it seems easy to tear the body.
