Outcast out c45t licence plate?

Does anyone know why the licence plate on the Out Cast says OUT C45T?
There is also a spot on the inside of the truck.that makes reference to the 45.

45=AS. It's a fun way to spell OUT CAST.

I would say the "4" kind of looks like an "A" and the "5" like an "S",would be my guess.

Well guys I have to agree with you, but I swear I saw a 45 on the frame some were.
I looked hi and low for it tonight and couldn't find it.
So just call me crazy like everyone else does lol!
