So I serviced my front and rear diffs this weekend, but for the life of me I could not remove the diff pin inside the case. This should be a serviceable part right? The pin hits the wall of the cup and there is no play or give to pull it up and out. I just cleaned as best I could and reassembled but didn't feel good about not being able to take it completely apart.

There’s a grub screw in the side of the cup that allows you access to remove said pin. 👍

Like @Hammer Down stated above, remove the M5 set screw on the diff cup and the pin will slide out through the hole. Use needle nose pliers or tweezers.
Take it all apart when servicing it.(y)

I noticed that set screw but had no idea what it was for and it didn't click when I had my issue. First time working on diffs...I guess I should have asked first before just putting it back together :D Thanks guys

All good, now you know.
