Do any of you guys have any recommendation on how to keep dirt out of the bulkheads everytime i service my diffs it's packed with dirt or is it something to not really worry about doesn't seem like the ring and pinion bind with all that dirtiness? Also my diffs have sealed bearings and has external shims to keep it tight.

Hi, maybe your chassis is bent a little. This caused the same problem with my Typhon.
I checked its still square it's honestly done it since new i was honestly just thinking about putting rtv on the chassis and diff case might help

I had almost the same thing.....i had water in my diff cases and the water was trying to mix with the grease. I did put some rtv on the chassis and diff case.....no problems since
