Outcast Outcast or kraton running on 3s lipo

Has anyone tried running on a single 3s lipo on either the outcast or kraton? I know the ESC says 4s or 6s only. i saw a video on YouTube, someone running 3s.

I have ran my Typhon and Senton on 3s. It has the exact same motor and esc. The esc can recognize 3s, 4s and 6s lipo batteries. It still had quite a bit of torque but the top speed was reduced pretty noticeably. The only thing with the Outcast and Kraton would be to watch temps as the larger tires might affect it more.

The BLX185 specs sheet lists 3S as an option. But I would try to get at least 4S, the Typhon or the Senton might need less Torque but the Kraton would probably feel underpowered and sluggish. Might also affect durability if you're trigger-heavy.
