For me it is clear that i will never buy a horizon hobby product again.

In the past I had a Spektrum DX6i stick TX for my crawler.
Somehow it fell of my desk breaking a stick return spring and the part that holds the spring down.
I had to keep bugging and nagging them to send or sell me a pair of these.
They kept insisting to send in the TX to repair it for a price that starts at "only €75" (I paid €100 NIB for it)...
After a lot of emails and almost 3 months of no working TX and missing multiple large meetings, they finally were willing to send the broken parts to me for "only" €25 + €5 shipping for a spring and a small metal plate of 0,5x1cm...
Instead of repairing it I sold it to someone who could use it for parts for his TX.

Since then for me, it is clear no Horizon Hobby product enters my house ever again.
I have also sold my DX3, bought a Turnigy TX and never looked back.
