Complete don't plan on any changes, chassis was for another project will eventually swap it or paint it red. ( My red CF chassis fell through) New Arms and new home made cf drive shafts . Shafts are bench test only and spin freely no rubbing with the gpm braces. About a 2mm gap. I do not recommend the arms. The front arms were ridiculously hard to get on.

Thanks guys bit over the top but different.

Great build, looks awesome.
Did you paint steel screws? Or use anodized aluminum?
I use the latter in my drift builds but I'm scared to try them in my 1/7 cars.

A bit of both the anodized screws get pricey and are not that strong. I did use anodizing looking paint. And thank you.

Suspension mounts replaced with aluminum, due to the front upper was cracked. Rear wheel hubs installed. Also cut up the Esc/receiver box so I could mount a new servo holder and relocate the servo. After 2 test runs it seems to be a little more responsive in steering. I think I am done with this car. Maybe?? There are more pieces available in aluminum but I wanted a semi balance of black and red. Which is why the use of carbon fiber. And to help offset the weight of the aluminum. It is not a shelf queen, but I do not drive it like I stole it.Wire management is my next project shorten and hide.

Now broken down and in a box, when I replaced the upper suspension piece pics above noticed a broken piece of carbon fiber. Weeks of communication with the seller on eBay very slow to respond. I tried to make it easy on both of us. So I didn't have to tear it down , I offered to buy a replacement at cost with no warranty and keep the old broken chassis. I thought it was fair he was out nothing and I didn't have to do more work. But he claims the 200.00 bin price on ebay his cost to produce was 150.00 . It will be on its was y back to him in a day or 2. Mind you this car is not a shelf queen but not beat on or driven 100% hard Suprised to see the CF failure.

On a positive note noticed my center diff has some play and used 2 shims. And I cleaned everything thoroughly.

Replacement chassis finally arrived. Added a few upgrades went with new fans and shocks. Only part I am considering added are the post mounts. Thoughts on those please feel free to comment. So much more time to build then stock worried about scratching the red aluminum ( has a few scratches unfortunately)or new shiny CF. Next build will be a Chrome and blue theme.

Roof rails and more red replaced the CF air dams with anodized red. Rear only chrome looking cvd , went ahead and ordered a new complete set along with diff outdrives. (Do not make red ;) ) When is enough enough?

New shiny parts to go on Monday when I get back in town. I can't stop adding and making changes.

Another small add on sway bar end pieces. What a pain in the ass to get the front pair on. The screw on each arm is located in a very hard to get to area.Personally never knew these existed in aluminum.

Have you managed to run it yet?
Yes at least 10x, although I don't drive it like I stole it. I have another infraction for that. Can't wait for good weather to run it after my winter updates.

How fast was it? If you don't mind me asking. I am too- it's been quite a while since I've run mine & I've never even ran my Infraction yet.
