Kraton Pinion gear question

I just purchased a 6s kraton and noticed the speed pinion in the box is 15.
I also have a 3s big rock and I’m running a 20 tooth pinion in it.

my question is why is the speed pinion in for the kraton 15, or can I fit a 20-23 tooth pinion on the kraton?

what pinion are you running in your 6s kraton?

6s vehicles have MOD 1 gear pitch while 3s vehicles have MOD 0.8 - so you can’t make comparisons by teeth count.

Thanks I figured it was something different being one is 3s and 1 is 6s
