BLX Pinion size?

    Which pinion gear are you guys using with your stock esc/motor combo? I am still using the stock pinion gear that was installed out of box, but I would like to get some more speed. Thanks guys!

    @Familyhobby you could upgrade it a 16T pinion gear. That will open the Senton up to more speed. Make sure you keep an eye on the motor temp while you are doing speed runs. If you don't already have one, an infrared thermometer makes getting temps quick, accurate and easy for just a few bucks.

    @WoodiE Thank you! Is that the maximum I can go to? 16T pinion? I already have the thermometer gun you mentioned!

    No not at all. You can keep going up higher, just be cautious of temps.
