Pivot ball help

New to arrma plastics wondering if there's any tricks to getting the pivot balls out without destroying both the part and the ball. Any help or advice would be much appreciated thank you

Hi there,

The arrma instructions are absolutely useless. There is a bolt in the center of the pivot ball and you need to unscrew it from the arm. Doesn't show that at all.

Are talking about shock perch pivots and such as the Mega 4x4 doesn't balls like the video above. I had about a 50% success rate using a small socket to push the shock eyelet down while holding the pivot ball against a hard surface.

So I ended up just buying some spares.

When I broke the perches on mine, I used a sidecutter to cut the perch eyelet so I could get the ball out undamaged, that was before I had spares on hand.
