Pivot ball maintenance

Anyone try this on their pivot ball's? Says it's water resistant and protects against rust. Also won't attract dirt. Don't like how my pivot ball's rust after running in snow or wet conditions. I even blow them out with a air compressor.

Yep, I use something similar without any issues.

I give a quick spray of something similar, after each run in the snow. Just a quick blast though. You don't want dirt to start accumulating because of build up as this will cause excessive wear to the plastic components. Everything should be cleaned before applying.
