Plastic center diff cup keeps melting/separating 6s

I've replaced the case on the center diff of my Kraton 6s twice now with the RTR plastic. The metal end keeps separating from the plastic and then makes the shaft oscillate. I've had this happen in the rear too. So is it just me? Can it be fixed? Or should I think about getting aluminum cups? I'm thinking about maybe just for the center.

What weight diff fluid are you running? Thicker seems to help with heat.

It's pretty thick. 100,000 cst I believe. Although that is stock for a Kraton v5 it's thicker than what my V1 would have had.

I would def run thicker oil than that. Also cant go wrong with aluminum housing

My center diff flamed out with a spectacular puff of smoke the insides melted and all the gears shifted, so I just finished ripping them all apart and replaced with the aluminum ones on both my K6 and Typhon6

200-300k at least if not LSD
LSD runs fine on 100k

What brand is better? Arrma is obviously the OEM part but HR is cheaper for what seems to be the same product.

I'm kinda leaning towards the arrma one because of the gaskets.

No personal experience bit i have seen people have issues with the HR one and the orings.
