Please help! Semi-newbie here.

Hey guys. I have broken my truck for the first time. I'm not exactly sure what the part I broke is called, so I'm gonna need some help figuring it out. My truck is also making a weird creaking noise when I press down on the rear. I'll show a video and some pictures. (BTW it's a Notorious)
