Possible cogging

So my granite has been acting funny today, I pull the throttle and it goes but the truck isn't getting full power and it has a little bounce to it and then the full power kicks in after a few seconds. It happens wheneverI let off the throttle, it's a brushless system

hmmm...very strange ..reset everything ..including the ESC...sounds like the punch setting is all the way down to 1...
