Vendetta POST YOUR 1/10 TIMES

Since release of vendetta & infraction mega there's been alot of 1/10 FASTER speeds...crappy whether an roads keeps the expensive 1/7,1/8 on the shelf.for a fraction of the cost I've been having a blast running my 1/10 truck,anyway I figured I'd start this thread just for 1/10 an if it takes off maybe the higher ups can do it right...
Made some changes to lwb with noto body,replaced rear wing with a rear defuser off detta....also tried a smaller tp4040-2100kv out I've had sitting...hoping for less amp
draw...super windy an cold....went strait an all good ..101 on 6s 28/38...built a spool an the 1/10 are a blast... the potential of these mostly plastic platforms is amazing... @vwturbowolf has hit 145mph in his vendetta.next season will be an amazing 1/10 2speedrun season

This is a great idea.
I liked the vendetta so much I’m now building a hybrid starting with a typhon mega and added vendetta front tower and shocks. It’s going to run the stock vendetta 3900 motor at first to see what I can get with that. Hoping for 120 on 4s

It’s weird how arrma did these cars tho cause even tho the chassis is the lwb same as the off-road cars they call it 1/8th scale so I’ve been just saying “plastic chassis”

No testing yet, it’s snowing outside right now.
I also have a swb chassis that I was thinking of converting this typhon to. It would be a mini typhon. I don’t want to hack the body up to make it fit so I’ll see how it will go

That's exactly what I'm doing,except detta suspension..least till I buck up 80$ for a traxxas stingray body.only one I've found with 287mmish wb.can mount a typhon body on anything lol.supposed to get hoons an typhon wing today.think I'm gonna have some cheap surpass over-volting fun...70c g 5s packs are cheap right now,and 50$ for 5200 90c 6s packs.ordered 1 each today

Gonna use a 6s typhon body,I'll have to cut it down..going for a light setup with enough downforce just to keep it planted.

Yes sir, i know Pete inspired an pushed ya,but all of us on this forum get competitive with each other an push each other hard...good bunch of OLD speedrunners on here.lol
They've cost me to spend LOTS trying to keep up..

Yes he is,,running xlx2 now also.waiting to see a 400+amp run .he's been running grp also....

I have an extra xlx2 I was going to maneuver in the but the mmx8s has been ok so far. I think my highest amp log was 397 and 7490 watts

Should be able to get Into 150s with x8s...vendetta really is gonna be a game-changer for speedrunning.100mph cars on a budget. Heres a 1000++$ crash opposed to a 300$ crash..

Here’s mine….didn’t get a chance to run it this weekend, so 142MPH is where it’s at right now.

Been making some major turnbuckle-turning trying to get things aligned.late night test hit in subdivision. 1st time mini typhon tasted 6s...super sketchy 80ish%,car hard to see,even with lights..why are everyone t-buckles tightened up????got detta arms&buckles.

I actually never ran it with the TP motor and XLX. It did 50 on 4S with the 2050kv motor
