I kept forgetting to bring grp’s to work to compare weight differences but I will next week.
The foams that I’ve been using cut down to around 95mm I think are around 50 grams.

I think grps are 75-85 grams pending style an how outa balance they might be..so about 55-85 gram difference. Thanks brother

Mini typhon pb on 4s 1st pass.pinion came off 2nd pass..

Ran 103,103 an 101mph with mini on 4s...was expecting at least a pb..ran a 103 last outing with 28/38..did the same today with 29/38......radiolink worked without any issues,all 3 passes where 3500-4200 feet..cars rolling smooth,no wind.pulled 30ish more amps an rpms flatted out..I thought another 600+ feet would produce gains.any ideas would be appreciated..

I believe you could hold full throttle another almost 2 seconds. It’s hard in the moment but try to count 1,2,3 when your finger is pinned

Your voltage is plateauing and should mean you can go a little more aggressive on the gearing

Will do,1,2,3 is a great idea..much more confidence with radiolink. When do you usely hit WOT??right after car passes you??

107 pb for mini typhon,made alot of changes to car,shortened all wiring,swapped xlx for mm2,lowered car some more,adjusted steering,an cut up a typhon 6s wing an mounted it to front of car.super windy today an car was super stable and went strait...LR tire is all jacked up after run like hub or bearing got damaged,haven't tore it apart yet.very noticeable difference in car today from 103 previous pb..looked,sounded alot better.

Mm2 an Tp3650 3080kv.......looks like I'll get a run in today,my spot is on my way to work,so I run everyday the whether cooperates.couple more parts an ill be running swb 1/8 typhon on 4s with senton6 suspension till I get vendetta body for it.waiting on m2c center shafts then it's ready..

I'm a BIG fan of the 2y an 3y tp motors,this 36mm is my 3rd one..perform well an they sound like a indy car when up there in rpms..they scream..heres a 2y 4050.....THAT SOUND THOU

Very bad crosswind today.alot of steering input during run.probly shouldn't of even ran car..no crashs thou.5lb Car an 20mph gusty crosswind it was a sketchy pass to say the least

Mini typhoon Ran 84 mph on 3s,then 2nd pass on 4s just as I was pulling 90-100%throttle pinion came off....106mph......dropped down 2t on spur..this would been 110+ pass...lots for rain an wind this week

Think I can get a run in tomorrow,lots of rain,Wind lately.....I found a bad sober joint on a motor lead wire,thinking it was a problem.car will get xlx2 after I push xlx little more.it'll fit if I remove fan.I'll gain 2v of ripple from the damn near 3v I'm getting on xlx every run.it'll fit if I remove fan...I got a new motor today, tp4060cm-3480kv...it's going in swb 1/8 for now..I'll probably try it in mini at some point..trying to find a 5s pack that'll fit mini.....got this 3000mah cnhl pack,,,see how it does...smc makes a SRD 5s pack I'm gonna be getting..

The 1/8 scale delta bodies work.
Mine is the fc100 1/8 scale body.
They are just a lot wider then the stock vendetta, but you could potentially leave the rear wheel wells uncut. Maybe even the front ones if you wanted to

Testing spool in subdivision on 3s...cause gears coming off or stripping above 100mph is not fun...had alot of issues with gears last couple weeks ending with trying to stop car with no brakes..drilled flat spot farther down motor shaft so grub could get a better bite.think I did the job..car going super straight an controllable for most part.
