Power on ESC or transmitter first?

do you turn on the esc first or the transmitter?

Transmitter, learned that the hard way when I first got my Talion. Turned on the esc and it took off across the street and plowed into the neighbors garden.

The transmitter is the first on and the last off, always. Otherwise you risk the receiver picking up a rogue signal and causing the RC to take off.

does this apply to if my kraton was setting both trans and truck on and the trans gets shut off witht the truck still on, then turn trans back on right away ?
