Programming ESC

Hi guys, just joined the forum because i finally bit the bullet and got a kraton. I am currently running 4S and the blue lipo voltage cutoff light started blinking. I tried to program it with the manual but i think i messed something up because the manual just wasn't all that clear to me. Any help would be appreciated!

Maybe post a picture or video of what is doing and a couple more details on what kind of battery you are running. Lipo?
