Kraton proline led bar

So today I got my proline 6" led bar, it runs on 6-12v so i'm thinking i'm running 2x3s batteries, if i parallell connect the led to both batteries balance ports it should work fine?

I always ran auxillary lighting separately from the car's running gear. Get a 9v battery box from radio shack and wire it up. That way you can make it waterproof, put a separate switch on it and if you run into electrical issues with your car, you know the lights aren't a cause.
