Hello

i have a senton 3s and i am converting it to a kraton 4s ?
but now I bought Proline trenchers 2.8 usuper fat straps.
but it doesn't fit ?

maybe one of you knows what tip of hex adapter I have to buy so that it fits?
because the standard hex that is included is too big ik and I have hot racing 17mm hex but they are completely too big ?

Yeah? Ik think I bought very expensive tires that I can't do anything with ?

but then I'm going to order it ??
thank you so much for your help ?

Yep they come with 12mm removable hexes and you have to buy the 17mm replacements and use the HR extenders.

I would warn you that these tires are not very good tho. If you have a chance at returning them now, I would highly encourage that. They are great for drifting and overheating your motor. Not much else.

Since when are Trenchers not very good? 2.8 Trenchers are a little smaller than the MX28s btw. So if the Trenchers are going to overheat his motor the MX28s are going to be worse. Not a thing wrong with the 2.8 Proline Trenchers I would recommend them to anyone.

You want to know a 2.8 tire that isn't very good? Duratrax Lockup 2.8 MT, the rubber compound is super soft and turning them into pizza cutters takes literally zero effort, the tires develop tears after a few runs and the foams are complete trash.

-edit- I just noticed that those are the belted Trenchers, yeah send those back, couldn't pay me to run them.

ok well thanks for the tip?
but sending back is unfortunately no longer possible?
so I have to do it with it for now l...

Then I will keep a close eye on the temperature when I drive it..
I do have extra cooling on the engine by means of a fan ?

I took these because they take the hits a bit better when jumping, because now I have Louise tires and they don't absorb that much.

I am still new into the hobby ? so everything is still figuring out a bit ? and that is in some cases an expensive school ?

yes that is completely correct?

But that was a pre-order and he couldn't give a clear answer when they would come - that could take a few weeks ?
So then I thought we won't wait for that and go crazy and just order it?

bumping- old thread but curious how the setup worked out..
