Proline Trencher 3.8 17mm wheels

Has anyone replaced the tire foam in a proline Trencher 3.8 17mm wheel and if so what did you use and how did you do it? Thanks

I found some 3D printed tire inserts on Etsy. haven't used them, just thought there better then the foam ones because they won't rot with water.

Thank you. Just saw this today. Never got a notification that someone responded. I went to a fabric store and found 1 inch thick form n made what I needed. Thanks again.

I make my own foam inserts for most of my tires. I use yoga mats made with closed cell foam of different thickness. You can get up to 1 inch thick. Just cut a strip to the size you need and then use contact cement to glue the ends.
