Do you want heavier, weaker, not magnetically sticky to your screwdriver screws? Then stainless steel is for you!

Stainless steel screws are crap. And expensive to boot.
 
I have always thought that the quality would be low and that they were extremely expensive for what they are. They must have a high profit margin for all of the hobby places to be pushing them all the time.
 
I would only ever use stainless screws on a 1/10 scale crawler or shelf queen, but for a shelf queen I would probably use those colored aluminum screws.
 
Yes, I too learned the hard way. Hard meaning on the wallet! Worthless, heads strip VERY easy.
 
I do not have problems running stainless. I got a whole kit for my kraton for like 20 bucks. I just use them in any application i need. Heads are def stronger than the stock ones.
