I use this stuff on my pillow balls and it works great as it doesn't attract dust or dirt. I'm not sure if it's based on PTFE or not, but I love the way it works.Hi all.
Has anyone had any experience using PTFE dry lube on outdrives or pivot ball joints?
I tried it, but definitely prefer the Dryfluid®.Wouldn’t graphite work? I used it on pine wood derby cars long ago
What was it that made you prefer dryfluid over graphite?I tried it, but definitely prefer the Dryfluid®.
From my observations, it has better adhesion properties. What was it that made you prefer dryfluid over graphite?
No idea. Could be worth a try. Personally, I clean my bearing with acetone and lube them with high quality sewing machine oil from Gunold. But that's just me. If you ask five different people what to use on bearings you'll get six different answersI've seen this gun cleaner/protector used on bearings and such. Would this work well?
