Putting Granite Tires on a Fury

Hey all, this is my first post on the Forums. I'm excited to join the Arrma club!

I own a Fury Mega, and whilst looking for some upgrades to the stock tires, I had a wild idea.. what if I bought a 15T pinion and granite sized tires to increase ground clearance and maintain the same speeds for those times when I want to run on grass or large jumps? The Fury and the Granite look so similar. I understand that the standard SCT body will not fit with the larger Granite tires, but is there anything else standing in my way for doing this upgrade? I've tried to do some research on offset and the like but it seems to be difficult to find those numbers. Any help would be appreciated!!

Think of the Fury as a stretched Granite chassis,so running Granite tyres won't be a problem,nor will fitting the 15t pinion. Being longer,it shouldn't pop wheelies as readily as the Granite does and yes you're correct in the fact that you'll need a new body.
