R.I.P Sabine Schmitz

Best known as the Queen of the ring.. it's a sad loss as Sabine Schmitz has passed away after a long battle with cancer.

Sabine is probably more well known in Europe than the states, but if you're into motorsport or have watched Top Gear you will know her. Winner of many races including the 24hr's of Nurburgring and a lap record holder, she will be missed dearly..

Sad news indeed. I remember watching her on Top Gear, trying to hustle an old Mk 6 transit around the ring in under 10 minutes. Anyone who can throw one of those wallowy old hectors around like that must have nerves of steel. R.I.P. Sabine.
