So I hooked up the telemetry wire to my Radiolink receiver.

Pretty cool to see battery voltage on the transmitter but once i went to bash it kept beeping at me every time I was heavy on the throttle.

It would beep and say low power EXT.

Is there a way to turn down the sensitivity or should I unplug it completely?

I have found it useless so far. My battery was below 3v/cell and I was still seeing 24v from a 6S

You can turn the alarms off and adjust the thresholds in the TX menus

It would probably be more useful on something like a crawler, I never pay attention to mine in my Kraton EXB.

Voltage Telem works great on my Lim. setup.
You didn't set the Telem alarm voltage setting correctly at the Radio. Trust me it works.
Sure it will be a nuisance if not set correctly.

What do you have it set at?

I have mine set to 21volts so 3.5v per cell.

Remember that some lipo cells will drop below the rest. The telem lipo voltage is only an approximation of the average volts per cell. I would be more conservative when setting the voltage. Set it higher/lower if need be. Use a lipo checker to help fine tune it if need be.
