Raider Raider xl Shock issues

Hello all
I am having a great time with my raider xl. With the help of all those in finding a lipo 3 to fit the limited battery compartment available, the buggy just flies. Ive been running into shock issues, caps popping off sends me home far more often then a low battery. Ive been looking on armma for replacement options with no luck, and a friend mentioned big bores . Has any tried these or have found a better option?
