Kraton Rc lubricant questions

Hey arrma gang. So at my job I came across some things that I thought may be useful in my rc hobby but I'm not sure if ita ok to use them. First item is wd40 specialist. This stuff looked really usfull being that it's a dry lube and repels dirt and dust. I thought this would be good for an overall vehicle lubricant and cleaner. Second is plumber's grease. I plan on shimming diffs tomorrow as well as putting in thicker diff fluid. I figured the plumbers grease would be a good grease to use in place of black or white lithium grease. Please let me know if im horribly wrong about these two lubricants. I included pics of both products in question. Thanks guys ??
