  5. Outcast 4s
Below are my 4s builds. Kraton 4s and Outcast 4s. First purchased the K4S then built up the O4S from all the spares I collected a month after the K4S. Both 4s builds have the same upgrades, 6s shocks, RPM arms (front and rear), 25kg DS3225 servo, ARRMA adjustable motor mount, Kimbrough 124 servo saver, DumboRC receiver/transmitter and using HRB 4s lipo.

Between the K4S and O4S I lean towards the K4S more for its control when I have a wide open area to bash. The hobbystar 2200kv motor with 15t pinion is a great combo for the K4S, lots of torque, wheel speed, and temps are not an issue. The O4S is great for smaller bashing areas. There’s a small bmx track near me and it’s great for the O4S.

Feel free to ask questions, comment or critique my builds. I’ll update this thread if anything changes.

how does that HW motor compare to the stock one on the K4s? And did the T bone front bumper fit ok? I heard people have to make adjustments to make it fit ?‍♂️ . The Dumborc TX and that 25kg servo work well together? Sorry for the questions, it's the stuff I want buy but a bit uncertain.

No worries on the questions. Ask away.

It’s a Hobbystar motor not a Hobbywing. Not sure what difference between the two companies are but with a stock 13t pinion it had less speed but I could tell it had more acceleration. Once I geared up to the 15t, definitely more speed. I wanna say it’s faster than stock motor and stock gearing but I don’t do speed runs and I don’t have a GPS. I can tell that it backflips a a lot easier.

K4S Tbone front bumper fit perfectly with no modification. It came with no instructions but they had some instructions on their website. Say it took me 10min to install.

No question. The Dumborc tx was upgrade that gave the most improvement. Response and distance is amazing for the price you pay. I definitely recommend this upgrade first. I added a traxxas foam to the tx wheel and wrapped the grip with tennis overgrip I had laying around to give it a premium feel. The 25kg servo is also a huge improvement to the stock servo.

Battle tested rigs ?
