What started off with a simple 1/18 redact volcano for myself and 2 Teton’s for my boys quickly turned into an addiction. I learned real quick that redcat as a brand is garbage, got turned onto Horizon (ECX) and Traxxas and the rest is history. The Arrma notorious was last months buy after I picked up an X-Maxx and mini e-revo.

Nice collection. You definitely have an addiction, but you have an out because you have kids. Even if they never touch them, you can always say that it's for when they get older. Keep posting pics and enjoy the coffee and donuts in the hall. We meet every week, or have emergency meetings when you get the itch to buy one more rig

After seeing your beautiful build, and your incredible customization, you get a pass on this group. Then there's your photography, which gives you a second pass. As far as the wife, just tell her you work for these companies, and your innovations will eventually pay off in royalties. That will keep her out of the LV store for a while?

I’ll tell you what started it. Seeing a Clod Buster at a toy store called Fao Schwartz as a 10 yr old. Thing looked massive back then, now not so much but was enough to hook me.

But yeah it’s a problem because it’s a selfish hobby. Then again, I have an even bigger “problem” when it comes to 1:1 cars ?

Needed to bump this thread. Since the introduction of the V4's, I've noticed an extreme spike in rc addiction. Multiple rc purchases at one time? Expensive esc's and servos? Carbon fiber and upgraded aluminum parts? Fess up gents cause you're all becoming rc'holics. I can hear these cries in the homes of what were once normal households, "Just one more baby, just one more! I need it, I need it really bad!"
