I've had mine come off a couple times, so I stopped using blue threadlock on those and now use red. When it's time to remove it, I just heat the cup with a torch and the red breaks free pretty easily.
Now if I could just remember to not pick the cup up with my bare hands for a while afterwards... after the last one, I had half moon burns from the tip of the cup on both hands... yep, I was stupid... twice in a row!
