Rear Tie Rod for Kraton 4s

Hi, looking for rear tie rods for my kraton 4s. Seems they're out of stock everywhere, at LHS and internet (amazon, ebay, etc). Anyone know of an alternate i can use? Thank you in advance for any help.

You can use these as a alternative m4x70 .. they are only 1mm shy (.5mm on each side) of the originals which are 4x71.. ? if you search ebay by size it can be helpful to find alternatives.. ✌
Titanium as well by lundsford.. buy these and you should be set for life!

Is the 4S not same scale as 6S. Why would it be different?
