Pretty cool! I started with an OG Kaiju back in 2020, it's been a solid truck for me. I adapted Mojo 6s rear arms to all four corners of it, replaced the upper arms with 5mm camber links. Stiffened up the handling quite a bit. Then extended it with an EXT chassis. How's the speed with buggy tires installed? I've found the lack of MM adjustment to be one of the Kaiju's weak points. With stock 6" tires on 6s, plenty of speed, but the darned thing is so wild on 6s, LOL.
I have a set of 5.5" pin tires from AliEx on it now, trying to run on 4s, can't get more than 12t pinion with the 50t Losi steel spur I put on it after the original plastic gave up years ago. I need a bit more speed on 4s. Mine has a 4074 2000kv Surpass motor in it now. Any who, sweet build brother!!👍🍻

Thanks man! I've had this rig since 2021. Ran it a bunch RTR like it was. It's pretty fast on 6s. Even with the buggy tires. Could use a bigger pinion. The dual fans keep it cool but it needs bigger tires. Handling is great & will corner really well. I've done the diffs Front 60k, rear 30k, never messed with the center. Kinda a pain to work on that. Overall it's a blast like it is. I ran the Kaiju EXT tires on my Notorious one time. One time. Got too hot.

Yeah, it is quick on 6s even with the stock 4068 mtor. Mine always ran hot with the stock motor. Why I went 4074, along with an HW HS and 50mm fan. Much better. Eliminated the cogging too.
I've run a bunch of different tires over the years, HPI Savage Flux, BF LP, Arrma Fortress, Losi XTT..The Kaiju has a narrow stance, so it really does best with positive offset wheels or hub extensions I find. Though I've bent several stub axles while using hub extensions. For general use, I always end up back on the stock tires. Light and pretty durable with decent traction. I do run a backyard track alot too, truggy tires with extensions transforms the handling. I've replaced f/r diffs a couple times, center driveshaft twice too. Looking into some shock upgrades next, the stockers are whooped. She's got some miles on her, but still delivers the smiles!!😁👍🍻
