Reefs Raw500 Servo

Man, I forgot how buttery, smooth, and powerful this servo is compared to a stock servo. (not that there's anything wrong with stock)
I've had Reefs servos in the past, but never used the programmability until now.
Makes it even more worth it!
If anyone out there is thinking of a good upgrade, I would consider a digital programmable servo. I like Reefs, but there are other good ones out there, too.

What perimeters did you program? How did you set it up, just voltage and endpoints?

I have a programmable AGFRC in my Mojave but I’ve never messed with it. I just set the endpoints with my radio and fed it 8.4v.
I’ll read up on it.
I could see why a programmable servo would potentially be a huge help for planes with retracts, bomb bay doors, cargo drops, etc.

I messed with neutral, endpoints, and damping.
Being I didnt do anything to the servo saver, I'm sure that I'll be putting the damping back to default.
I only messed with it to test how effective it is. I guess I could tighten the poop out of the servo saver and rely more on the damping in the servo...

I'll be trying out some of the other adjustments when I feel like tinkering again.

Good feedback. Never programmed a servo. The control loop is tighter when it's in the servo and I would imagine that is more responsive and precise than using the radio programming.

I had also forgotten that neutral could be set. That could really help my OCD when the neutral is a spline or two off zero.

Setting neutral has THE MOST positive feeling in my head than any other feature.
I guess we all are a little crazy upstairs in some way shape or form.
