Hey, maybe a silly question but after reinforcing my j concepts body with truck bed spray, it is a little thick to get the pins in. Are there body posts with longer gaps from the part it sits on to. The whole or would I have to make them myself? I just need a couple more mm.

I was able to drill another hole a little bit higher on the post to get my clips in after reinforcing mine. I also bought the Pro-Line thumb washer kit like Hammer Down said above, but I haven't used it yet as my posts are still holding well. I keep them as spares because I use the Pro-lines on my P4de also.

I bought some generic RPM ones for mine as the probodyrc body is so stiff combined with the stock posts being so stiff, that it was ripping the screws out of the body mount posts repeatedly. The RPM's have a lot more above the flat spot.

I cut them off where they were still round before the flat spot with holes for mounting. Then put them in the body mounts on the truck and drilled new holes through the side for the screws. I also drilled new holes down closer to the body as the holes in them for the pins was pretty high.

I only put them on the front.

Drill them out a bit... Or rig up some tiny, super-strong neodymium magnets for that subtle look.

If you switch back to stock plastic body posts, maybe you could use something like this?

Love the Finisher body! 👍
Thanks Hammer... Good thinking. Maybe give it a try!

Thanks, seems there is more space to drill the new hole. Appreciate the idea! I went ahead and drilled new holes before you replied but there isn't much to play with.

What body are you using. We have the same power/esc setup!
