Heat. Either soldering iron or small flame. Stay away from plastic parts. I use a small torch. Experiment with durations, if it still tight it wasn't long enough. If parts melt its a tad too much :)

That's all screws going into metal.....
Heat and plenty of it. You must use blue TL and secure them later or you will regret it.
If you use an allen type key don't bend more then 5-10 degrees when loosening or the screw will strip. That's when heat comes into play.

Most important is the use of a quality tool. I didn't use heat except for getting the pinion gear off the shaft. Even the grub screw didn't need any heat.
Hudy ftw. ?

Direct heat with a clean soldering iron tip. Hold until you smell the TL. Then use a quality driver to remove. No allens Please. Allens are useless. They will ruin a wet dream for sure. Buy blue TL #242/243 as stated above and absolutely use that always (metal on metal fasteners). On the pinion set screw also.

Largest chisel tipped soldering iron you got for a few minutes will go a long way. Don’t expect it to heat in a few seconds. It takes a few minutes. If it doesn’t budge, give it more time.

How do you guys remove screw with threadlock without damaging anything ?

first of all test if they actually have threadlock on them, sometimes they don't - so quick check tighten/loosen the screw - if confirmed locked, then depending on where they are you can use a soldering iron with a small tip and insiert that where your allen key would go, leave for a bit and then try to loosen, if that doesn't work, heat up with a small gas torch - but as previously mentioned if not red threadlock quality tools and a bit a muscle should get them out
