This depends on your budget, I can recommend radio systems from $30 to $400+.hello,I just have a new kraton 6s and I want upgrade the radio Spektrum by a better one.
Who can help me too find one.
Thanks
I gotta say, today was the first time I ran my Typhon and the radio isn't very impressive at all. If I can get one like on my BRCC, would I set the endpoints the same way since there isn't any knobs on it?hello,I just have a new kraton 6s and I want upgrade the radio Spektrum by a better one.

What his the best solution with my arrma kraton 6s to replace the spektrum STX2 .
Pretty much any 2.4ghz radio system will work with the stock servo and esc. Thanks,my problem is not the $ .
I just want a good radio and a receiver compatible with my car ( servo and ESC )
If money is not a problem, then I would look at any of the +$200 radios from the big brands. Futaba, Sanwa, Spektrum (the D* models are good radios, the S* not so much). Thanks,my problem is not the $ .

Pretty much anything would be an upgrade over the STX2.would the dx5 rugged with transmitter or dx5c with sr415 transmitter be a solid upgrade over the stock stx2 with stock transmitter?
I probably had Radio Shack radios that were better than this back in the day. LolPretty much anything would be an upgrade over the STX2.
I replaced my old DX3C with a DX5C. I popped the antenna off the DX3C a few times and it was time for an upgrade, so figured I'd get one that was less likely to have the antenna broken. I don't particularly care for the thumb wheel for the menus, but otherwise it's been working well. I added my own charge port to it. Don't like taking the flimsy battery cover off every weekend to charge the AA's. Just asking for it to break.would the dx5 rugged with transmitter or dx5c with sr415 transmitter be a solid upgrade over the stock stx2 with stock transmitter?
You forgot to remove the film from the screen lol.I replaced my old DX3C with a DX5C. Charge port is on the front under the antenna area. I put a little rubber stopper on there so if I laid it down on it's face it would rest on the charge jack. I don't usually set my radio down that way anyway and if I do, it's in grass usually.
I don't know why they stopped putting charge jacks on their transmitters. I had to put one on the DX3C too.
As long as you use newer spektrum receivers that have a coaxial antenna, the range is pretty good. The older single wire ones had horrible range for me.
No, I didn't forget. I just haven't bought a screen protector for it yet, so I'm leaving the film on until I get something. You forgot to remove the film from the screen lol.
Right my old DX2.0 has a charge jack on it. I really should try and find 8 rechargeable AA batteries for it.
I should have gotten a screen protector for mine :/ I'm thinking I might have to rma it though, the power button keeps getting stuck so the radio turns itself on and off.................No, I didn't forget. My old DX3 and DX3.0 had a charge jack too. It's was reverse polarity, but it worked well to plug into a NiMH charger.
