Senton Rollers or sliders, hogies and grinders!?

I’m always keeping eye out for a clean roller or some of you like to call slider lol. However you wanna call it go ahead. Ima call mine rollers! Haha.
so I couldn’t help myself but jump on another rare find! Fewer and fewer out there but I gots me another S6 boooyyyeeee!! Scooped this one off fb arrma buy/sell/trade! Came out of Ohio and came w the original box and manual! Tbones front and rear bumpers!! Even came w brand new still in plastic front and rear bumpers!!! Body is beat to poop and tires were shot but that don’t matter to me!!! V1 senton 6s roller for $270 plus shipping. All in $290!
now we have one to bash and one to drool over!!! Or I can make a speed runner out of one and beat the piss out of the other!!

Then once she came to her new home I had to bathe her in WD and give her a nice blowy then wipe down!! Seems to be in solid running condition. Added scorched cf servo mount to hold down my REEFS tripple 4. Probably gonna find me a castle combo or the new firma 150a combo for her;-). 6s ONLY!

Oh and this is what she’s talking bout (wifey). I like to keep my fleet nearby at all times. Ever since I lost all my RCs (as well as everything else I’ve ever owned) in the fire last year, I will toss these out the window into the front lawn if I must!!

I know we can split hairs on what is a slider vs roller. That's just a marketing description these days.
To me a slider is bare bones, No wheels, electrics or body. A Roller just needs electrics.
Finding nice used rigs... well.... we get what we think fits the bill, Slider or roller whatever it is called. It's an RC that will get running soon enough.

where I’m from a hoggie is usually a hot foot long sammich where a grinder would be a cold sammich. But here in NY we call em subs or wedges lol.
So in the last month of hibernation and zero bashing I’ve managed to scoop up a v5 typhon roller , a v1/2 infraction slider and now this v1 senton roller.
hopefully we done w the snow so I can get my Mojave speed runs in for the title and bash these bad boys!!

I hope I see a Senton 6s roller,slider or rtr before you snatch it up. I have been looking for one for over 2 years now. I almost bought one before they were discontinued but went with the Tallion instead. At the time I had a slash and rc10 so figured I would go with the Tallion. I was new to Arrma at the time and did not realize what a beast the Senton really was. Had buyers remorse ever since. Don’t get me wrong the Tallion is great but I really like the short course look and the way they drive. I do like watching what you do with yours.

Thanks dude!! I had one also just before they took em away from us! It was a v2 rtr and my first Arrma! Lost her in the fire and swore I’d have another one day! My boy @Ivgot2manyRC found me my v2. He’s got one too and probably will be the one to snatch up the next avail one lol. He’s an eBay guru lol. Here’s my first S6 back in 18’
My buddy built this for me for my style of bashing for me and introduced me to arrma. He chose to use the traxxas erevo rtr electronics. That MXL6s (castle) w any 2200kv would rip shits anywhere! She was geared 22/38(spool) w 50k f/r diffs. This truck changed the whole sct game!
i have the Mojave and consider this to be a mini version lol.

Basically the same. U need senton towers to make it happen. I tried to do it just before I copped this one. Or u can shave the typhon towers and make it work. I believe they’re a tad wider than the senton.
hell yes! Get all the go pros going! My boy w the drone and get vid too!! Haha.

those hot and dry summer days would toss it in pushing the heat out the rear of the body.
