Granite Round wheel and hex.

I just bought a Kraton for myself and Granite Voltage for my lil bro. So we drove it on the track for fun and doing some little bash. So we got home and cleaned our cars. Checked our wheels. The Granite rear wheels hex were a little round on the outside but they were still good so i just tighten it up. The next day we drove it on track and suddenly after a hour the Granite rear right wheel came off. As i said before i tighten it up after i cleaned it. How is it supposed to come loose at first place??? Now the wheel hex and the wheel is completely round. don't have a spare wheels and hex atm (need to order online) so we just use a locking nut. The thing is how do you remove the hex? Can i install a aluminium 12mm clamp hex? Need help ASAP

Do you need a clamp or just alloy?

I'm guessing you just gently pry between the back of the hex and the axle carrier to get it to become loose, then pull it off with pliers.

I just don't know which one will fit. But an alloy is okay as long as it's not a plastic. I'll order it and post a picture if i can as i'm pretty busy with work.
