RPM warranty?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has gone through the warranty claims with RPM products? Not sure if I should take both the aarms to my lhs where I got them or contact RPM directly?

Btw.. I broke a rear arm (not even bashing)...it broke right at the rear hinge pin mount...pic attached...thanks in advance...Mike

Seems like a lot of people are breaking those a arms.
I too have a pile of broken Rpm parts. Their new plastic seems more brittle than their old stuff. I had some of their a arms on my Merv from 2013 and hit a fence post at 60 and the arms were barely even scratched.

I would try to warranty it through Rpm they are usually pretty good with it.

Thanks, that's good to know, I'll take the set back to my lhs and see what they say. I know they have them in stock. If not I'll send RPM an email and see what happens...Mike
