Has anyone tried running a 4092 motor on 8s? I have heard that it has been done but have not heard of what the results were. It would have to be short term as a speed run I would assume. It would not hold up long term. Any of you using a Max6 or similar tried it yet?

Depends on what motor you use.

Ive been running Leopard Motors 4092/1730 rated from Leo to 20v, using 6s for over 6 years

Running 8s 4092/1730 in my Nero XL no issiue and max6

Running today 8s 4092/1730 In my Typhon GT speedrunner ( way hotter in this one due to the xtreme gearing )

But like allways, its on you.

It says on the Rjuice site that the 4092/1730 has a max voltage of 26 volts.

What difference did it make going from 6S to 8S?
