S2100 G2 charger

I bought the S2100 G2 starter bundle for my Kraton V6. it came with the charger and 2 batteries. The issue I am having is it will charge but about half way through it will give an error and say voltage to low and I have to unplug and replug and it will finish fine. This happens about 3 out of 10 charges and it does this on all my packs. Any ideas? Also, it defaults to 5.0 charging should I up it or lower it what's the best charge rate.

If it's giving that error halfway through the charge, that's probably a charger issue. Contact Horizon, and they'll swap it out.

I'm not super well versed in chargers, but it might be worth checking if you have a setting somewhere that has a timer cutoff or a mAh cutoff that's affecting your charge. Try a slower balance charge or a different battery before you write off that charger. Maybe take it to a LHS
