Typhon Safe D cups out of round

I really hate these safe D cups. When you tighten the set screw the cup starts lifting very very small amount and the cup becomes out of round.

I believe the problem is the inner diameter of the cup is just little bigger than the input gear.

I noticed this on my infraction. I removed the plastic sleeves and used a shorter screw to see if it helped.

Changing the bearings and cleaning the cups and shaft made it better.

The older versions have the normal cups, but I don't know if they'll work well on the safe D pinions.
