SC body on Granite mega

Going to be taking a sc body and making fit to a granite mega. If its successful this can become guide

Custom made from body mount extensions. Cut nubs off and drilled holes to mount extra rear posts to platforms.

I only said no, because the body munts look really tall, and I think will suffer in a heavy rollover.

Oh i don't dissagree with that at all. I actually have body mounted up but still need to cut back more so it doesn't rub wheels. If i actually get this to work its just going to be a set up to beat up. I have spare set of unmodified mounts for my c10 body

The wheels will run into the wheel arches, when the suspension is compressed a lot.
You will have to remove a lot of material I am afraid to make this work

Already removed a lot. I found a company finally that makes body post extensions that supposedly fit. So ill see if that works or not. Did test drive and it only hit when it hit max torque accelerating

If it wotks it'll be pretty cool. If not i got a spare body when i buy a shortcourse style truck someday lol

Successfuly fit at full compression thanks to hpi racing body post extensions from a local shop. Heres finished product minus the detail work ill put in some day
