Kraton Screw in rear chassis brace just spins and wont come out

the screw that holds the rear chassis brace to the wing mount just spins inside the plastic and won't come out.

I don't understand how to get this screw out

Can’t remember what the other side looks like, but you might have to drill it out.
 
There will be a nut on the other side that should lock in and not move. If it does wedge a small flat blade screwdriver in there or try grab it with needle nose pliers.
 
If the nut is spinning on the other side it won’t come out. If the nut is gone, I like to push the tip of my driver to one side to make the screw threads bite into that side helping it back out.
 
As others mentioned, check the nylock nut on the other side. If it's spinning, wedge something on one of the flats to keep it in place while you unscrew. If the nut is not there, use a punch to push the screw out.

I can remember, but you might have to take the body mount off in order to get the screw all the way out.
